Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Master Number Connect. By joining the waitlist or creating an account, you agree to them. Please read them, especially the community rules and safety sections.

1. Who can join

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must not have been convicted of a felony or any sexual offense, and must not be required to register as a sex offender anywhere.
• You may have only one account, and the information you give must be true.

2. What this site is for

Master Number Connect is for adults looking for real, committed relationships, and for friendship and community through numerology. It is not for casual dating or hookups. Members agree to this when they join Open to Love.

3. Community rules

You agree not to:

• Ask for or offer hookups, sex, or sexual content, or send sexual messages or explicit photos
• Ask any member for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency or financial details, for any reason
• Harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone
• Pretend to be someone else, or use photos that are not of you
• Promote a business, recruit, or send spam
• Share another member's private information outside the site
• Use the site for anything illegal

We may warn, suspend or remove anyone who breaks these rules, at our discretion, and remove any content that breaks them.

4. Your safety

Master Number Connect does not conduct criminal background checks on its members. Video verification confirms that a person is real; it does not confirm their history or intentions.

• Never send money or gift cards to someone you have not met, whatever the reason.
• Keep conversations on the site until you trust the person.
• Meet in a public place for the first time, tell a friend where you are going, and arrange your own transport.
• Report anyone who makes you uncomfortable. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

You are responsible for your own interactions with other members, online and in person.

5. Readings

Life Path numbers, Connection Readings, astrology, and all guidance are offered for reflection and spiritual insight. They are not predictions, and not professional, medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. We do not promise that you will find a match or a relationship.

6. Paid services

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Subscriptions (such as Master Member, and later Open to Love) renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime on the Plans page under "Manage or cancel my membership," and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• One-time purchases (such as a Full Reading) are delivered right away. A Full Reading unlocks every member layer for one reading, linked to your account.
• Master Number Concierge is by application, and its fees and terms are set out in a separate written agreement.
• Refunds: payments are not refundable except where the law requires it. Where your state's law gives you the right to cancel a dating service within a set number of days, we honor that right.
• We will tell you before any price change takes effect on your subscription.

7. Your content

You own the photos and words you post. You give us permission to display them on the site to run the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

8. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the conduct of any member, on or off the site, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi, United States, except where the law where you live says otherwise.

11. Changes and contact
