Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This policy explains what Master Number Connect collects, why, who sees it, and the choices you have. In short: we use your information to find your number, connect you with others, and keep the community safe. We never sell your personal information.
1. Who we are
Master Number Connect ("we", "us") runs masternumberconnect.com. You can reach us at [email protected]. Questions about privacy: [email protected].
2. What we collect
When you join the waitlist
- First name and email address
- Birth date, to calculate your Life Path number
- Country, and your 5-digit ZIP code if you live in the US
- Whether you are single and looking for a relationship
- Whether you said yes to monthly guidance emails, and the date and time you signed up
When you get a free reading or become a free member
- The names, birth dates and birthplaces you type into a reading (yours, a partner's, a past love's or your children's) are used in your browser to calculate the reading. We never send them to our email provider. They are stored on our servers only if you are signed in and choose Save these details (see Saved readings below).
- To protect you from losing what you typed, your browser keeps an unsaved copy of the reading form on your own device until you clear the form. It is never sent to us.
- When you claim your free membership, we keep your email address, first name, your Life Path number, your country if you chose one, and which kind of reading you took (single, couple, past love or children).
- Your browser remembers that you are a free member so you don't have to sign up again. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
When you join Master Circles (our community)
- Your email address, first name, country if you choose one, and your Life Path number. We use your birth date once to find your number and confirm you are 18 or older, and we do not store it.
- The posts, comments and hearts you share, and any reports you make. Other members see your first name, your number and what you post. They never see your email address.
- A sign-in code we email you each time you sign in, and a secure cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.
- Our moderators can see reported posts and can hide posts or remove members who break the community guidelines.
Your private journal (Master Members)
- If you use My journal, we save what you write or say: the text of each entry, the day's question, and your voice recording if you record one.
- Your journal is private to you. It is encrypted before it is stored, it is never shown to other members, and no one at Master Number Connect reads it. It is never used for advertising or sold.
- To turn your voice into words, your recording is processed by our hosting provider's speech-to-text service (Cloudflare). It is not used to train their models.
- You can delete any entry, or your whole journal, at any time from the journal page. Deleted entries and recordings are removed from our systems. If your membership ends, you can still read, listen to, download and delete your journal.
- If you add your birthday on the journal page to personalize your daily question, it is saved only in your own browser, not on our servers.
Saved readings
- If you are signed in, you can save the details you typed into a reading (names, birth dates, birthplaces, children's first names and birth dates, and your answers) so you don't have to type them again.
- Saved details are encrypted before they are stored, are private to your account, are never shown to other members, and are never read by Master Number Connect staff, used for advertising or sold.
- You can delete any saved reading at any time with the × next to it on the Readings page.
Palm reading
- If you read your own palm, your choices are saved only in your own browser.
- If you are a Master Member and scan a palm photo, the photo is shrunk on your device and sent once to our hosting provider's image AI service (Cloudflare) to suggest which drawing matches each line. It is used only for that scan: we never save it, never show it to anyone and never use it to identify you.
About children's information
Our site is for adults 18 and over. Parents may enter a child's first name and birth date to get a reading about their family. That information is used in the parent's browser for the reading. It is stored only if a signed-in parent chooses to save it, encrypted and private to their account, and they can delete it at any time. We never collect information from a child directly, and we never contact a child or create an account for one.
When you create an account (when the full site opens)
- Profile details you choose to share: photos, gender, who you hope to meet, relationship intent, children, interests, faith, prompt answers
- Optional birth time and birthplace, used only for readings
- A verification selfie or video, used to confirm you are a real person
- Messages you send and receive on the site, and reports you make
- Payment details, which are handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number
Collected automatically
- Basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, used to run and protect the site
3. How we use it
- To calculate your number and send your mini reading and Connection Readings
- To send monthly guidance and news, only if you said yes; you can unsubscribe at any time
- To show you matches and let you message other members
- To decide where to open dating first, using ZIP codes grouped by their first three digits (a metro area), never your exact address
- To keep members safe: verification, moderation, and investigating reports
- To process payments, provide support, and meet legal obligations
4. What other members can see
Other members can see your first name, age, number badge, state or country, photos, and the profile details you choose to share. They never see your birth date, email address, ZIP code, birth time, birthplace or payment details.
5. Sensitive information
Some information on a dating site is sensitive, such as your birth date, the gender of people you hope to meet, and your faith. We use it only to provide the service you asked for, and we never sell it or use it for advertising by others.
6. Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run the site, under agreements that limit how they can use it:
- Website hosting, security, storage, speech-to-text for the journal and palm photo scanning (Cloudflare)
- Email delivery (Kit)
- Payment processing, identity verification and customer support tools, once the full site opens
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Emails
We send a link to confirm your email address. Marketing emails, including monthly guidance, go only to people who said yes, and every one includes an unsubscribe link. Account emails (such as your reading or a password reset) are sent as needed.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are on the waitlist or have an account. If you ask us to delete it, or you close your account, we delete it within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal, safety or payment records.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your information, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example California, the European Union or the United Kingdom), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
10. Adults only
Master Number Connect is only for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.
11. Security and where data is stored
We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections, to protect your information, but no website can be completely secure. Our service providers may store information in the United States and other countries.
12. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date below and tell members by email or on the site.
